Know before the QBR.
BeeNPS groups every survey response into hives — one health score per account, backed by enough responses to actually mean something. Import a CSV of emails and you're running.
A CSV is the whole setup
One column of emails. Hives form themselves.
We group people by email domain — everyone @brightloop.co becomes the Brightloop hive. Accounts spanning several domains? Add a hive column, or map domains in-app.
email,hive maya@brightloop.co, tom@brightloop.io,Brightloop kai@nordwind.de,
For each hive we calculate how many responses make the score trustworthy — at 95, 98, or 99% confidence. Until a hive gets there, it's marked Low signal, never mistaken for healthy.
Survey your list monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, or yearly. BeeNPS staggers sends, skips recent responders, and prioritizes hives that still need coverage.
Every account's health, on one board
Sorted so the accounts that need you float to the top — with the statistical coverage to back every score.

And the trend that tells you if it's working
One score, its movement against the prior period, and every comment as it lands — tagged, searchable, exportable. The dashboard is the Monday-morning read.

A company-wide NPS hides the account that's about to churn
Your overall score can hold steady at +42 while your third-largest account quietly slides negative. Averages smooth exactly the signal a CSM needs.
Hives break the number apart: every account gets its own score, its own coverage target, and a health state you can sort by — so the walk into a QBR is never a surprise.
Two plans. One difference.
Everything is included in both — the only question is whose domain your surveys send from.
