Hives & bees: the idea behind BeeNPS
Most NPS tools give you one number for your whole company. That number hides the only thing a customer-success team actually needs to know: which account is about to churn.
BeeNPS renames nothing for cuteness — the metaphor is the data model. A bee is a person you survey. A hive is the company those people work for, formed automatically from their email domain. Every response lands in its hive, and every hive gets its own score, its own coverage math, and its own health label.
The four health states
At risk — the score is negative; detractors outnumber promoters. Low signal — not enough responses to trust the number yet. Steady — statistically solid and fine. Thriving — a score of 30 or better. The hives board sorts by who needs you first.
Why not just average everything?
Because a 40-seat account that quietly went negative disappears inside a healthy company-wide average — until the renewal call. One score per hive keeps every account visible on its own terms.
