Importing your people from a CSV

One column of emails is a complete setup. Everything else is optional.

The columns

email — required. hive — only needed when one company spans several domains (like brightloop.co and brightloop.io above); otherwise domains form hives automatically. name, phone — optional niceties.

What happens on import

Rows are de-duplicated by email, personal inboxes (gmail, icloud, …) stay outside hives but still count toward your overall score, and look-alike domains surface as merge suggestions you can review in one click. Re-importing the same file is safe.
